What do I love about Jumia? Growing and encouraging leadership of the company. Our belief at Jumia is that everyone can act as a leader and hold leadership functions. We welcome new ideas and execute them, test and learn to keep growing.

Holding a master's degree in logistics, I joined Jumia in 2014 as Retail Buying Operations Associate. 2 years later, we launched Jumia Marketplace and I joined that team for 2 years as Vendor Relationship Manager, then as Head of University and Communication. A few role changes later, I am in charge of campaign management.

I joined Jumia in 2019 as Junior Key Account Manager and what a journey! I have grown a lot both at personnel and professional level and I am grateful to Jumia for the opportunity. It's a daily challenge to keep up with the changing and dynamic digital working environment.

I find my balance while staying focused on my work and nurturing my personal wellbeing. I am inspired by the work we do at Jumia Senegal and Jumia as a whole. Before Jumia, I worked briefly in the retail operations at Vivo Energy.

My journey with Jumia is one of the life-changing experiences I have had during these few years working with the company. I got opportunities to learn, explore, advance and impact. Every step on this journey has paved the way for my career growth and oriented me to be a successful leader and a goal-getter.

I joined Jumia Ghana in 2017 during Jumia Black Friday as a customer service associate then got promoted to Jumia Global Operations Associate and then Jumia Global Manager to date.
Before I joined Jumia I was working in a BPO company and also Human Resource Manager for a Business Branding Company.

What I love about Jumia is to see our consumers and partners' excitement when approaching our big events and initiatives. The impact of our work on people's lives is my biggest satisfaction.

I joined Jumia in 2019 and I am currently the Head of Planning and Performance in Tunisia. Before Jumia, I worked at Auchan as Business Analytics Manager.

Jumia has helped me grow so much - both at a personal and professional level. During my time here, I have learned that e-commerce is so much more than just selling products, but that it's all about connecting with people and making a positive impact in the community. I feel so fortunate to work with a passionate team, and look forward to many more years of learning and growing together.

My journey at Jumia started 8 years ago with Jumia Egypt and I am now Regional Social Media manager today. Before Jumia, I worked in the Customer Service department in different companies in Egypt.
