Katherine joined Jumia in 2019 as General Counsel & Secretary. Before joining Jumia, Katherine worked for Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York as a member of the firm’s general corporate and capital markets practices, where she specialized in SEC and public company compliance and strategic transactions. Prior to joining S&C, Katherine was a management consultant. Katherine holds degrees from Stanford University in California and Northwestern University in Illinois.
