Larbi joined Jumia in July 2017, where he serves as CEO of Jumia Morocco. Prior, Larbi was the Founder and Managing Director of Avito, the first online classified ads site in Morocco. He played a key role in the merger of Bikhir and Avito after a first step of strong competition and consolidation of the two companies under the ownership of the Norwegian Schibsted / Adevinta group. In 2005, he created one of the first social gaming companies while developing one of the largest online games, TheMafiaBoss.com, which became one of the Top 500 most visited sites in the world in 2007. Prior to this entrepreneurial experience, Larbi also left his mark in the consulting world with a strong experience at Accenture (2004-2005). He also has extensive experience in software development at Oracle. Larbi holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, France, a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Computer Science from McGill University, Canada.
