Pauline joined Jumia in 2014 as Group Head of Human Resources. Before joining Jumia, Pauline worked for Canal+, Staachi & Staachi, KMPG Credit Suisse and McKinsey & Company, where she acted as EMEA Women's Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, and Centegrés, where she acted as General Manager. Pauline holds an MBA from ESCP Business School.
